Some of the items in your Collection can only be used in online play, and some rewards can only be claimed when you’re connected to the internet. If you got a new item from a gameplay milestone or Challenge, look for a yellow corner on the name or portrait of the Trooper, Reinforcement, Hero, Vehicle, or Starfighter that can use it. Heroes and Star Cards that you have unlocked are lit up in color, and ones you have yet to unlock are in black and white and show a lock symbol. Your Collection is a one-stop shop where you can see what you own in-game, and what you have left to collect. The crate panel lets you know when you have unopened crates.
